April Hendricks

April Hendricks is an award-winning real estate professional and a co-founder of Hendricks and Associates. April grew up in Easley and has extensive knowledge of surrounding areas. She’s actively involved in the community and is currently serving as a board member for Habit for Humanity and is on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams. She has a master’s degree in education and has vast experience in fixer-uppers, flips, rentals, staging, and decorating. She enjoys spending time with her family and is passionate about animal rescue.

Tommy Hendricks

Tommy Hendricks, co-founder of Hendricks & Associates, is a proud native of Upstate South Carolina. With more than two decades of corporate management experience at a Fortune 500 company, Tommy brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to the team.

In addition to his corporate background, he has hands-on experience in real estate, including property flips, rentals, and investments throughout South Carolina. While Tommy is not currently an active sales agent with Hendricks & Associates, he continues to support the team’s mission by contributing business strategy, market insight, and leadership guidance.

When he's not working, Tommy enjoys exploring the area’s lakes, rivers, mountains, and beaches. With his deep community roots and passion for real estate, he remains a valuable resource behind the scenes.
