April has a master’s degree in education and a rich background in investment properties, including fixer-uppers, flips, rentals, staging, and interior decorating. Known for her creativity, market insight, and strong negotiation skills, she has helped hundreds of families navigate the buying and selling process with confidence.

April is the proud recipient of the Keller Williams Cultural Ambassador Award, a recognition given to agents who exemplify leadership, integrity, and a commitment to serving others. Her leadership extends beyond real estate. April is a former board member of Habitat for Humanity and a former member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) at Keller Williams, where she contributed to the growth and success of her office and fellow agents. Tommy Hendricks, co-founder of Hendricks & Associates, is a proud native of Upstate South Carolina. With more than two decades of corporate management experience at a Fortune 500 company, Tommy brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to the team.

In addition to his corporate background, he has hands-on experience in real estate, including property flips, rentals, and investments throughout South Carolina. While Tommy is not currently an active sales agent with Hendricks & Associates, he continues to support the team’s mission by contributing business strategy, market insight, and leadership guidance.

When he's not working, Tommy enjoys exploring the area’s lakes, rivers, mountains, and beaches. With his deep community roots and passion for real estate, he remains a valuable resource behind the scenes.
